The location of Comfort Suites is fantastic, just a short drive to the airport and nearby attractions. The room felt spacious and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room, which made snacks easy. The breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to choose from. However, the shuttle service was a concern. I had to wait longer than expected for pickup from the airport. Also, the ice machine on my floor was out of order, which was a bit inconvenient. Staff seemed friendly, but I think there’s room for improvement in responsiveness to maintenance requests. My first room had a noisy AC, but they quickly switched me to another room when I complained. The second room was much quieter, allowing me to get better sleep. Overall, if you’re looking for a good base near the airport, it could work, but keep your expectations in check regarding shuttle reliability and amenities.

The Queen Suite we had was spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. The beds were comfy, and the pillows were great too. Breakfast was decent for hotel food. It felt comfortable and cozy enough for our family of four.

The place is pretty nice! Our suite was clean and comfy. The free coffee and breakfast were decent. The airport shuttle was a lifesaver. Just a heads up, watch out for the rude guy in the burgundy shirt who thinks he's entitled to a tip. Not cool! Overall, it was a decent stay.

The local dining spots nearby were a treat, especially Miller's Ale House with its vibey atmosphere and burgers that hit just right! Plus, the location makes it easy to explore the food scene.

I wish there were more fast food joints around. finding a place to eat was tricky after dark, and a shuttle to nearby spots would’ve been cherry on top! A local map could’ve helped navigate better.

Free wifi worked well. The outdoor pool was nice but a bit small.

Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a clean atmosphere. The nearby Cuban restaurant was a delightful surprise for dinner. Keep in mind the breakfast area gets busy, so arrive early to enjoy a full selection! Overall, a great choice for pre-cruise travelers.

The pool area was lovely, and the large rooms with comfortable beds made a big difference. Location was perfect, a short drive from the port. Uptown shopping was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay.

We did face a bit of a hassle with the ice machine situation. it was frustrating not having one on the first floor when we needed it.
